MLD attending World Orphan Drug Congress 2024

MLD will be attending the World Orphan Drug Congress (WODC) from April 23-25 in Boston. This event is the world’s foremost conference on orphan disease drug development and includes presentations from the FDA, patient advocacy groups, service providers specializing in rare diseases, and companies working on the development of orphan drugs. This conference directly benefits our RCDP drug development program, providing an opportunity to learn more about how these diverse stakeholders are combating the unique challenges in developing a drug for a very small population of patients.

WODC also provides an opportunity to network with potential investors and this year MLD is excited that our CEO and CSO, Dr. Shawn Ritchie, will be presenting on April 24th at 1:15 pm on our RCDP program.
