MLD Presenting at AD/PD Conference

Med-Life Discoveries (MLD) is excited to share that we will be presenting ground-breaking clinical and preclinical plasmalogen therapeutic data at the AD/PD 2024 Advances in Science and Therapy Conference in Lisbon, Portugal, March 5-9th. This is the International Conference on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases and related neurological disorders which brings together experts in basic research and clinical trials from across the globe.

Dr. Tara Smith, EVP, Innovative Therapies, will be presenting an update on the PPI-1011 clinical development program in a poster entitled “Nonclinical and clinical development of PPI-1011, an oral plasmalogen precursor, as a treatment for Alzheimer’s disease”. An overview of MLD’s proprietary Alzheimer’s disease animal model will be presented by Dr. Shawn Ritchie, CEO and Chief Scientific Officer, in a poster entitled “Development of a novel Alzheimer’s disease mouse model based on chronic plasmalogen deficiency in adulthood.” Both posters will be displayed on March 8th and 9th, if you’re at the conference we would love for you to stop by.
