MLD attending World Orphan Drug Congress 2022

MLD will once again be attending World Orphan Drug Congress (WODC) July 12-13 in Boston. This event is the world’s foremost conference on orphan disease drug development, with presentations from the FDA, patient advocacy groups, service providers specializing in rare diseases, and companies active in the development of orphan drugs. This directly benefits our RCDP drug development program, as it provides an opportunity to learn more about how all of these stakeholders are tackling the unique challenges that arise when developing a drug for a very small population of patients.

In addition to the educational components of the conference, WODC also provides an opportunity to network with potential investors.
